WHEN it is a question of vaccinating your children, the debate for and against can be heated, parents often having strong and opposite opinions on the subject.
But a mother angered online, after revealing that she would not vaccinate her five children because they are "protected by Jesus".

Speaking of his decision on Facebook, the mother wrote: "I have five children and they will never be vaccinated.
"They are protected by Jesus because I know that faith helps you walk on the right path.
"The same people who tell me to vaccinate are the same people who tell me that god did not masterfully craft this planet."
And the message has certainly met with a backlash online, reports UNILAD.
A person clearly disagrees, arguing that she could "die like a Jesus with a rusty nail".
It is thought that the reaction is due to the lack of tetanus shots in children.

This publication follows a warning from the World Health Organization (WHO) that issued a statement this week, explaining that reluctance to vaccinate "threatened to reverse progress made in fighting disease preventable by vaccination ".
According to WHO, vaccination prevents up to three million deaths a year – but the organization has expressed deep concern that measles, for example, has experienced a 30% increase, 72 children and adults in Europe who succumbed to the disease last year.
"Vaccination is one of the most cost-effective ways of avoiding disease. It currently prevents 2 to 3 million deaths a year and 1.5 million more could be avoided if the global coverage of vaccinations improved, "they wrote.
