The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the validity of the regular Ghanaian pbadport booklets has been extended from five to ten years.
The directive comes into effect on March 31, 2019, a message to all missions declared.
"The processing fees remain the same until further notice," Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammed Habibu Tijani said in a faxed message to the missions.
The statement read;
Extension of the validity of pbadport books from five to ten years
The missions are informed that the Government has decided to extend the validity of the ordinary pbadport booklets issued to qualified applicants in Ghana from five to ten years (5 to 10 years) from 31 March 2019.
The processing fees remain the same until further notice.
