Gigi Hadid thinks that the poor health of his close family has made him "very independent".
The 23-year-old model says she has developed greater resilience with her sister Bella, her mother Yolanda and her brother Anwar battling Lyme disease, an infection that undermines energy and can be transmitted through infected ticks.
She explained, "Growing up, having three sick family members made me very independent.My mother could not drive or get up from bed some days, so I had brought my brother to school with me or I prepared lunch. "
