Meghan Markle blamed her half-sister Samantha for peddling "cruel lies" about her.
The Duchess of Susbad addressed her older brother, 54, in a dead letter to their father Thomas.
She accused Markle of watching her "suffer in silence" while Samantha frequently attacked her in the media.
Samantha regularly fights Meghan on Twitter and TV interviews.
She described her younger sister before her marriage to Prince Harry as a "social climber with a weakness for ginger".
Samantha also accused Meghan of having cut off contact with their father and not helping him in case of financial need.
Meghan recently burst into tears after learning that Samantha was planning to write a talking book about Princess Pushy.

Meghan wrote about Samantha in her letter to her father: "I begged you to stop reading the tabloids.
"On a daily basis, you fix and click on the lies they wrote about me, especially those made by your other daughter, whom I hardly know.
"You watched me suffer in silence at the hands of his vicious lies, I collapsed inside."
Tensions between Meghan and her close relatives hit a tipping point this week when friends of the Duchess revealed that she had written a five-page letter to her father last August to accuse her of "l & rsquo; "Victimized" in the media.
In retaliation, Markle published the letter in the Mail on Sunday, calling it "hateful".

In the letter, Meghan says to her father, "Dad, it is with a heavy heart that I write this, without understanding why you chose to take this path, by closing your eyes to the pain you provoked.
"Your actions broke my heart into a million pieces – not just because you made such unnecessary and unwarranted pain, but by choosing not to tell the truth because you are fantasized about it. I will never understand.
"If you like me, as you say to the press, stop. Please, allow us to live our lives in peace.
"Please, stop lying, please, stop creating so much pain, stop exploiting my relationship with my husband."
