The young player has already convinced the biggest clubs on the continent to become aware of his talent, but the Wolves' rapprochement with super agent Jorge Mendes means that they will be leading the line.
Felix signed a long-term contract to stay in the Portuguese capital until 2023 and will not be cheap.
But Nuno Espirito Santo wants to continue his plans to improve his team and Felix is in the line of fire.
The Portuguese was Mendes' first client and the rapprochement between the two sides means that the Wolves will have a first refusal on all the players on which the agent has direct control.
The question is whether they can persuade the player that they would be the next perfect step in his career, at a time when he could apparently have the choice of the European elite.
