Manchester United and Liverpool abandoned their interest in Aaron Ramsey after Juventus offered him a four-year deal worth 83 million pounds.
Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain also had talks with the 28-year-old, who was able to negotiate a pre-contract agreement after rejecting a new deal at Arsenal.
Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Real Madrid have also expressed interest in Welsh.

But Manchester United and Liverpool refused to follow their interest in the midfield because they were not ready to meet their wage demands, according to the London Evening Standard.
The Serie A giants confirmed Monday that Welsh international Ramsey had signed a four – year deal before his accession this summer, on the expiry of his current contract with Arsenal.
Ramsey wrote on social media Monday night: "I wanted to make a personal statement for all fans of Arsenal who have been extremely loyal and supportive.

Ramsey will become one of six British players to sign for Juventus. Two of them were also Welsh – John Charles and Ian Rush. But while Charles only earns £ 20 a week, Ramsey will join the highest football income in a club that already relies on Cristiano Ronaldo, who earns £ 28 million a year.

Ramsey performed a two-stage medical cycle with Juventus last month and will join the club on July 1, ending his 11-year career at Arsenal.
