According to them, the NDC needs floating voters to take it by 2020, adding that Goosie is charismatic and that he will deliver floating votes.

For his part, Tanoh asked the party's delegates to consider a candidate who proved successful in the election of the party's presidential candidate on February 23.

He urged delegates to vote for a candidate who would gather party members and seek the welfare of Ghanaians and urged delegates not to sell their votes for a pittance.

"Do not vote for someone because you have been given GH ¢ 200 or 50 ¢ because you can vote for that person based on the money that was given to you and not not your antecedents.
