The family of a bereaved nurse, who was given the go-ahead for cancer of the cervix of the uterus, repeatedly said that she did not want "anyone else to suffer as much as she had ".
Julie O'Connor died on February 4, at the age of 49, from her state of health at Bristol Southmead Hospital. The NHS of North Bristol said it would review the case.
A video of Ms. O. Connor at the hospital shows her condition a few days before her death.
