Goalkeeper Connor Ripley may require surgery after suffering an ankle injury during a training match.

Norwich's leaders are without midfielder Mario Vrancic, who will miss about three weeks due to a problem at the ankle.

Midfielders Todd Cantwell and Emi Buendia are expected to avoid the shots while Timm Klose (ankle) and Moritz Leitner (calf) are getting closer.
