Super fit Kate Wright is mourning for her workout routine after she has broken her wrist.

The former TOWIE star, engaged in American footballer Rio Ferdinand, revealed that she had been seriously injured.

Jokingly that she is her own inspiration, Kate shared a video from one of her past training sessions and said she was anxious to get back to it.

Inspiring from her story on Instagram, the beautiful shared a cliche that revealed that she was also treating of a cold.

"I'm actually my own source of inspiration," she joked, adding a crying emoji of laughter.

She added: "Small daily steps to get back to that … the wrist moves slowly.

"I can not wait to get some exercise in the sun"

Kate has a lot to do to keep her busy in the meantime as she prepares her wedding in Rio after asking the question last year, with the help of her three children, Lorenz, 12, Tate, 10 years old and Tia, seven years old.

The badyst of BT Sport proposed to Kate on a hotel roof with the help of his children, whom he shares with his late wife, Rebecca.

Kate and Rio started dating in 2017, two years after the death of her 34-year-old wife, Rebecca, from bad cancer.

Kate almost immediately left reality TV to become a full-time mother-in-law with her children, explaining: "I felt like I had two choices – I was in this world where there was a lot of dramas, it was very public.

"They lost their mom, they do not need a woman who will go out everywhere.They need someone who will be at home with them to give them love."
