The National Commission on Civic Education (NCCE) has launched the second edition of the Interuniversity Civic Challenge aimed at motivating higher education students to learn the content of the 1992 Constitution and to become ambbadadors of the university. Rule of law.
The challenge, which is a quiz and debate, will bring together students from 20 higher education institutions this year. The first edition last year included 16 higher education institutions.
The challenge launched this year in Accra adopted the theme of the Commission for 2019: "Ghana, a people: our values, our sovereignty in participatory democracy".

Josephine Nkrumah, President of the CNCE, expressed the hope that the challenge would inculcate citizens' awareness of the fundamental principles and objectives of the Constitution.
