Dancing On Ice is well known for being one of the most challenging competitions on television.
The talent show ITV regularly sees its competitors get hurt on the other hand and all because of brutal training regimes.
And it seems that Melody Thornton has not departed from this rule, as she told Lorraine Kelly earlier today.
The former Pussycat Doll appeared in the chat show and explained what it's like to train for Dancing On Ice.
When asked if she had any injuries, Melody laughed, stressing that there was almost too much to count.
She said, "I just wake up from time to time, as if I did not even know what it was.
"I have a huge bruise on the thigh for no reason."
Melody is no stranger to the really nasty injuries on Dancing On Ice, which had previously fallen on her face.
The singer fell flat on her face during training and her chin was swollen.
Melody recalls, "My face bounced off the ice and that memory bounced back into the spirit."
Melody was not the only one to suffer a bad wound.
More famous, Gemma Collins fell on the ice during a show and seemed to hurt her knees.
We did not know if she could participate in Dancing On Ice after she fell.
She recently admitted that she had been told that it would take her six months to recover from the fall.
Gemma told the group Loose Women: "When I fell on the ice, I never felt like before, I will be honest with you.
"I was very lucky, but at the knees, I recovered for six months.
"When I spoke to physiotherapy, she said," It will take them six months to start healing. "
"It's because I keep falling and I'm right, I'm not the lightest person …
"But I had a great time."
Dancing On Ice continues Sunday at 18h on ITV.
