Napoli has confirmed that long-time captain Marek Hamsik is now "a Dalian Yifang player".
Following his statements earlier in the day, Napoli's lawyer, Mattia Grbadani, told Kiss Kiss Radio that the transfer agreement from Hamsik to Dalian had been reached.
"Hamsik became a Dalian player at 8:30 pm [CET]," he said.
The Chinese club would pay 20 million euros for the midfielder, who would have signed a contract worth 27 million euros over three seasons.
