Chelsea had a difficult season under Sarri, with the Italian facing a dismissal request before tonight's match against Malmo.
The Blues enter this confrontation and need a positive result after being 6-0 cleared by Manchester City on Sunday.
Chelsea has named Sarri for the attractive football that he has deployed to Napoli but, in mid-season, the fans are starting to lose patience.
And Pedro has now admitted that it is "difficult" to play Italian, in an admission that will not fail to cause more concern.
"The whole team is following Maurizio's idea: press very high, stay compact and create opportunities," he said.
"With a good possession, a lot of ball. We can do it as a team.
"But sometimes it's so difficult to play this way, it depends on the opponents.
"City played very well. It was therefore difficult to support, to create between the lines and to defend.
"But that's Maurizio's idea, and I'd rather press hard when we get the ball back to create opportunities, not to wait 90 minutes to get the ball and run 60 yards to score.
"In the last few games, the results have not been in very good condition.
"It's a good opportunity tomorrow to win and get our best confidence."
Pedro has also decided to put an end to allegations that Chelsea has a toxic cloakroom.
Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte both lost their jobs soon after losing the support of Chelsea players.
Given the critical situation of the Blues under Sarri, some fans claimed that the Stamford Bridge team had an inadequate team.
But Pedro does not think so.
"I think it's always difficult for every manager, when you come with good motivation and good ambition," he said.
"It's not right in the locker room of Chelsea. For all coaches, it is difficult.
"This is not good for [Sarri] and the team because the results have not been good, but it is good for us to change that momentum now.
"It's good for us to enter the final against City, FA Cup against United.
"In the league, it's hard for us to reach our goals, but we're still in four competitions.
"It's good for us. It is too early to badyze the season.
"We do it at the end of the season. Malmo is a good opportunity. "
