Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde has signed a one-year contract extension.
The Spaniard, 55, also has the option of another year, which would allow him to stay in charge until the end of the 2020-21 season.
The former Barcelona striker replaced Luis Enrique in May 2017 and won the Liga and Copa del Rey in his first season at the helm.
The Barca is currently leading the standings with 51 points, six points ahead of Real Madrid.
Valverde, whose contract was due to expire at the end of the season, led the team to 65 wins in 96 matches, including 22 draws and only nine.
