Adding: "No masked man was fighting in any of the 137 polling stations. All our reports arrived and observers who monitored, including members of the commission, did not identify any masked men in any of the 137 polling stations. "
When asked if she had verified and confirmed her statements, she replied in the affirmative.
"Yes!", She said.
She also stated that the alleged national security personnel deployed on the site were generally wearing clothes and were completely disarmed, as described by the media.
"We were not told why they were present, but I must say here that they were usually dressed and not armed."
Ms. Mensa was also determined to observe a peaceful, chaotic process when she visited about 50 polling stations the same day.
"In all the polling stations I visited, I did not see any armed men and no one complained or we did not receive any reports about it", she insisted.
Acting on the shooting that occurred in the region of La Bawaleshie, said the President of the EC, the shooting occurred about 140 meters from the polling station and people were are rushed to the shelter in the center.
