Bawaleshie DSP Police District Commander George Asare revealed that his superiors had ordered him to withdraw before the partial election of Ayawaso West Wuogon.

DSP Asare also revealed that the district command was not part of the security operations for the election.

Henrietta Mensah Bonsu and Patrick K. Acheampong have also been appointed members of the Commission.

The commission has one month to complete its work.
