Emmanuel Boateng's move to the Chinese Super League, Dalian Yifang, will actually cost 22 million euros instead of 11 million euros, as indicated.

According to reports, the Ghanaian hitman has reportedly finalized his transfer to the Dalian Yifang FC Chinese club and, although there remain several important economic issues to be resolved between his parent club, UD Levante, and the Asian entity, the player is still in Spain.

Dalian Yifang FC has offered Boateng 11 million euros, but the luxury tax in China imposes a double payment for any economic operation exceeding 6 million euros.

Therefore, the transaction would cost 22 million euros and not 11 million euros.

In this regard, the Chinese club is looking for alternatives, such as referrals, to pay the transfer fee.

Boateng has been ruled out of the frog teams that are going to Galicia to play against Celta Vigo in La Liga this weekend and has been seen coaching alone in Orriols.
