The LOKI series won by the showrunner

Rick and MortyMichael Waldron was put to good use for the Disney + show Loki TV series, according to Variety.

The reported premise of the show will reveal how Loki has an "unlikely influence" on historical events as it presents itself through human history. If that is correct, it would skilfully help the character's death in Avengers: war in the infinitealthough it is unclear whether his badbadination at Thanos will be permanent.

And not for nothing, but although Loki is thousands of years old and the series could simply be a "prequel", fans should not completely rule out a possible temporal link. Could this be the last stone Loki steals?

Waldron is best known for his writing and production on Cartoon Network Rick and Morty. Previously, he played the role of showrunner on a Starz pilot called heels this has not been ordered in series.

The Disney + streaming service is expected to launch later this year. A calendar for Loki has not been given.
