Paul Hollywood's former wife, Alex, was reportedly involved in a clash with the new girlfriend of the Bake Off star when they ran into Marks & Spencer one on the other.
Witnesses told the Sun that Alex, 54, called Summer Monteys-Fulham, 23, a "sl * t" and a "wh * re" when she saw him at the checkout on Tuesday.
Mom Alex would have asked Summer: "Do you know how badly you hurt my son?"
A stunned spectator told the newspaper, "I was totally disgusted by the language." She called the girl a slit and whore.
"It's just not the kind of behavior you expect from Marks and Sparks," they added.
It is also alleged that the police were called when the argument continued in the parking lot.
A friend of Alex said, "Summer laughed and started filming while Alex was heading to his car."
They added: "Alex was shaken and called the police."

Kent police confirmed in a statement: "Investigations were conducted in which all involved parties were counseled."
Alex and Paul confirmed their split in November 2017, when the star of Bake Off went with the barmaid Summer, who was 30 years younger than her daughter.
Last month, Alex spoke about the end of his marriage for the first time and compared his break with the star Bake Off to a fatal crash on a highway.
Alex said that although her anger was over, she was deeply hurt by how Paul, the blue-eyed baker, ended their 19-year marriage.
She told Prima magazine: "No one should underestimate how separation and divorce can affect you.
"I'm comparing that to a time when you drive along the highway, and then, at the next moment, something that's out of your control happens and you drive in a completely different direction.
"You have to give yourself time to concentrate."
Alex and Paul, who share Josh's son together, briefly separated in 2013 when the blue-eyed baker fell in love with the 37-year-old Mexican-Mexican divorcee Marcela Valladolid, who described her as "a beautiful devil ".
He attended Marcela but they split up in September when Paul said that he still liked Alex.
"I have committed the biggest mistake of my life and I regret it," he said at the time.
Yet five years later, their wedding was again in ruins and Paul moved on to Summer with watercolor.
He maintains that there was no overlap.
