Gianfranco Zola defended Chelsea's treatment of Callum Hudson-Odoi and said he's being offered more first-team opportunities than other 18-year-olds.
He rejected claims that Chelsea coaching staff should do more to make Callum Hudson-Odoi feel valued.
Hudson-Odoi have not yet made their debut in the Premier League for the Blues and was limited to six minutes of the bench during the Europa League win in Malmo on Thursday.
