Kotoko rallied after his first defeat against Sudanese Al Hilal to edge ahead of group leader ZESCO 2-1 at Baba Yara Stadium last Wednesday.
Kotoko coach Charles Kwablan Akonnor faces a difficult test to prepare his players for victory before the decisive game to avoid a second defeat.
Players such as Emmanuel Gyamfi, Songne Yacouba, Kwame Bonsu, Felix Annan and Augustine Sefa, among others, must rise to the challenge of helping Porcupine Warriors achieve a positive result away from home.
Nkana, on the other hand, managed to beat Al Hilal 2-1 at home midway through the week, after losing his first group match against ZESCO, and hopes to be able to rely on that Sunday home win.
