PETITION TO STOP, INVESTIGATE AND PROVIDE JOYCE DZIDZOR MENSAH YAWAVI
1. 5. Joyce Dzidzor Mensah subsequently made a false statement and misrepresented herself as HIV positive, in a manner consistent with the scope, scope and requirements of the Ghana AIDS Commission.

9. It can also be said that Joyce's acts constituted fraud under Article 16 of the Penal Code.
10. Established and unambiguous, Joyce Mensah is not a patient with HIV but has illegitimately acquired and enjoyed privileges for those suffering from the virus.
