Cristiano Ronaldo has exceeded expectations at Juventus, according to Pavel Nedved.
Superstar Ronaldo joined the Italian giants last summer thanks to a £ 99 million transfer from Real Madrid.
During his seven months in Italy, the Portuguese striker made 32 appearances, ie 21 times, in all competitions, in order to help Juve to remain undefeated in Serie A.
The Turiners are also still in the Champions League after defeating Valencia, Manchester United and the Young Boys in the group stage to qualify for the last clash with Atletico Madrid.
And Ronaldo's form is one of the reasons why Juve has had another successful season – with Vice President Nedved suitably impressed.
When asked if Ronaldo had been all that Juve had hoped for, Nedved responded to the Daily Telegraph: "No, he's even more than that.
"We knew him as a player, but now we know him as a person and we have all been very impressed by his personality, his character. He is much more than a player.
"The way I describe Juventus is that it fits him perfectly. Ronaldo is a player of Juventus. It's a perfect fit and a perfect mindset. "
Juve currently has 13 points ahead of the Italian league standings, after an eighth straight crown.
"The membership of Cristiano Ronaldo has improved the mentality," added Nedved.
"There was always a strong winning mentality, but he brought something that influenced the rest of the team, which affected him and made him even more confident."
