Mr. Bronye's petition comes a few days after a video of Mrs. Mensah soliciting funds in Germany for the construction of a national cathedral came into being.
The video became viral after it posted on his Facebook page.
A "fake" HIV / AIDS ambbadador arrested
The CID arrested Joyce Dzidzor Mensah in 2015 after she confessed that she had had a negative HIV test in December 2014.

PETITION TO STOP, INVESTIGATE AND CONTINUE JOYCE DZIDZOR MENSAH YAWAVI.
1. 3. In 2011, the Ghana AIDS Commission decided to launch a campaign to reduce the stigma and discrimination experienced by people living with HIV in order to put a human face on HIV. The campaign has been nicknamed the Heart to Heart campaign.
4. The main requirements of the "Heart to Heart" ambbadador's duty were that "the person is HIV positive and under treatment".
5. Joyce Dzidzor Mensah subsequently made a false statement and misrepresented herself as HIV positive, in a manner consistent with the scope, scope and requirements of the Ghana AIDS Commission.

8. It is worth mentioning that Joyce Dzidzor Mensah herself has publicly released her HIV status, which indicates that she is uninfected from the infection. Moreover, the offense of deceiving a public official is clearly justified in this regard and was fully provided for in Article 251 of the Penal Code of 1960. It is clear that, by his actions, oyce Dzidzor Mensah violated this law because: The Ghana AIDS Commission is without a doubt a public body made up of civil servants. So, Joyce lying or deceiving them to be able to fight their way is a flagrant violation of the law.
9. It can also be said that Joyce's acts constituted fraud under Article 16 of the Penal Code.
10. Established and unambiguous, Joyce Mensah is not a patient with HIV but has illegitimately acquired and enjoyed privileges for those suffering from the virus.
