As David Luiz was in conversation with Marcos Alonso during a stoppage of play shortly after the first goal of Manchester United, it was clear that the blame of Chelsea was already well underway.
Chelsea fans then rebelled against head coach Maurizio Sarri, singing "f — Sarri-ball" and singing the name of former midfielder Frank Lampard. But players can not be cleared.

Those who like to be heard prefer to point the finger elsewhere, to find an alibi. It is not easy to find people willing to take on responsibilities.
One has to wonder how many players who started against United are really worried about Chelsea's plight. Eden Hazard is desperate to join Real Madrid, Luiz's contract expires at the end of the season and Pedro is still a little over a year old.
