Triple H started the show by relieving the crowd on the road to WrestleMania. It reminded us of what happened last night. The crowd was still hot for Kofi Kingston. He said that in regards to Becky Lynch, in business, she should be stopped. But otherwise, what she did was pretty cool.
He made one of two announcements: six DX members, including Chyna, will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Secondly, a list of NXT Superstars would debut, the first two: Aleister Black and Ricochet. Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa have also been announced. And then he made a third announcement – a table match between Baron Corbin and Braun Strowman.
Baron Corbin vs. Braun Strowman – Table Matches
Corbin attempted a hit on Strowman's ribs, showing that they were still injured since last night. Strowman sent him into the barricade and went to the table, but Corbin attacked him from behind and sent him off the coast first into the barricade on two occasions. Corbin decided that he did not need the table yet and put it back under the ring. Strowman Irish Whipped Corbin in the barricade before attacking him.
Corbin took off Strowman's shirt and began trampling on his ribs covered with Kinesio tape. Corbin continued his attack but Strowman finally left him on the steel ramp. Braun also suffered a lot of damage. Braun Strowman walked to the announcer 's office and tried to send it with a PowerSlam but Corbin pushed him away.
A table was set up in the ring and Strowman was in control. Corbin almost pushed Strowman to the table, but The Monster Among Men stopped in his tracks. Corbin avoided the table and tried to jump on Strowman on the outside but ate the big steel steps leading to the face and body. Strowman threw him and Corbin charged him into the ring, but he ended up throwing himself into Strowman's arms, and the monster among the men propelled him across the table.
Result: Braun Strowman def. Baron Corbin
