Dejan Lovren was out of training at Melwood on Monday before Tuesday night's clash between Liverpool and Bayern Munich.
The Croatian defender suffered a hamstring injury, which prevented him from joining his teammates during their recent trip to Marbella.
Lovren was the first to suffer this injury while he was against the Wolves in the FA Cup Reds defeat.
