China's top economic leader will hold trade talks in Washington later this week – another sign that efforts to avert a total trade war are making headway. But the Trump administration is still urging US allies to flee Huawei, saying the Chinese telecommunications giant is giving the Chinese government confidential information. In his first television interview with an American journalist, Huawei's founder and CEO, Ren Zhengfei, spoke with Bianna Golodryga, co-host of "CBS This Morning".
