The Democratic People's Party (PDP) said on Tuesday that Kaduna state governors, Nasir El-Rufai and Amina Zakari, were responsible for information and communication technology (ICT) in the country. within the National Independent Electoral Commission (INEC).

At the PDP caucus meeting in Abuja, Secondus said: "Since last Saturday, they have been discussing and making statements, they even accused INEC of having told us before postponing the elections.
