Rumors were that the two were no longer together when Gaga was photographed without her engagement ring at the 2019 Grammy Awards earlier in February. She also did not mention Christian in her speech when she won for her A star is born soundtrack song, "Shallow."
Valentine's Day (February 14), Gaga revealed new tattoos, but did not refer to Christian in his messages.
Rumors circulated for months throughout 2018 that both men were engaged, but this was not confirmed until October 2018.
