Striker Daniel Sturridge, accompanied by sensational singer Paloma Faith, presented George Ezra with the British Male Solo Artist Award earlier in the night.
He then sat next to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain – the other half of Little Mix singer, Perrie Edwards – and he's the one who felt the full force of Whitehall.
Whitehall then interviewed the Little Mix quartet later in the series where he had tried to make them believe that Simon Cowell and their fierce critic, Piers Morgan.
The girls were not playing ball, so comedian Whitehall turned to footballers.
"You girls have a great time at after-parties, nightclubs, kebabs, or wherever you do not care about nasty little mixers," he tells them.
Whitehall then asked "did you book your cars after the show?" – before making fun of Oxlade-Chamberlain for his unfortunate injury.
"Oxlade, are you still going to share an ambulance with Sturridge?"
Whitehall joked, which the English international laughed.
The midfielder broke knee ligaments in the semifinal of the Champions League last April.
But his rehabilitation worked so well that he again took to turf and balls, which led Jurgen Klopp to confirm that he would be ready before the end of the season.
Liverpool will refuse to push him and will take all necessary precautions so that his knee is 100% right in order to avoid any further injury.
But his return would be a huge boost as the Reds face Manchester City in the finals of the Premier League.
The English midfielder was one of Liverpool's key figures in the second half of last season and his run to the Champions League final.
His relationship by bringing help to Mo Salah was a real threat, and his midfield mark was an essential weapon used by the Reds to break the camp.
The player himself is desperate to play a role this season, while Klopp's men are looking to end a 29-year wait for Anfield for the title.
Klopp hinted at a return earlier this month.
Speaking of the midfielder, he said: "He is very close, very close, and in a very good sense.
"It looks really good, promising, close to home."
