Gianfranco Zola was readmitted to hospital after complications following gallstone surgery
Chelsea deputy director Gianfranco Zola was readmitted to the hospital after suffering complications from a gallstones operation.
Zola had initially undergone an operation last week and was not taking part in Monday's FA Cup fifth round loss to Manchester United.
