Manchester United defender Luke Shaw has revealed that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been relentlessly imposing on club players to reach the highest standards.
Solskjaer greatly impressed as United's acting manager, with a lot of people who believe that he deserves full time work.
Fans have noticed a huge difference compared to former boss Jose Mourinho, Soslkjaer seeming to have a much more positive outlook.
However, Shaw, who would have often had a problematic relationship with Mourinho, confirmed that the legend of United, Solskjaer, also had a hard side.
"It's amazing to see the work that Ole has done since his arrival," said the English left-back.
"How much he has reversed the situation and how positive the situation is now positively.
"He knows how good we can be, and if we're not up to Manchester United, he'll let you know.
"We had some moments like this where we might have been comfortable in a game, but where we left a little bit.
"He's the manager and he tells the players what he wants. That's good and what we sometimes need, a kick from the director, if we get too comfortable.
"It keeps everyone going, but he's a great guy and a great manager."
