When is the draw?
The drawing draw for the knockout stages of the Europa League will take place tomorrow (Friday 22 February) at noon, English time.
We will have coverage on our Twitter feed, the Fifth Stand app and this website.
How will the draw work?
There is no seeding system or protection of the country. We could therefore meet one of the other 15 participants.
Who could we meet?
Sevilla was the first team to advance after defeating Lazio on Wednesday, and there are two other Spanish teams in the draw. Valencia, usual opponents of the Champions League, easily eliminated Celtic, while Villarreal – which we have never met – had the upper hand on Sporting Lisbon.
