However, we are in the present situation: we have seen an increase in solid waste management from 16% to 53% and in the last year, 5,862 domestic toilets were built, compared to 1,698 in 2016. "In 2019, in addition to continuing to educate and educate people, we intend to use the regulations to impose cleanliness.
