IBM President and CEO Ginni Rometty says artificial intelligence will change 100% of jobs.
"The technology will evolve faster than the skills will rise to the occasion," she said in an exclusive interview with Quartz, before speaking at the company's Think event at San Francisco at the beginning of the month.
Artificial intelligence pervades many aspects of IBM's human resources processes. Job applicants interact with its Watson AI technology, for example, and IBM also uses it to badess pay equity and career path.
