Jurgen Klopp refuses to comment on the accusations of the FA but praises the faculty of adaptation of Fabinho

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp admitted that he will learn after yesterday accepting a charge of misbehavior from the Football Association.

The Reds boss was fined £ 45,000 for his comments on referee Kevin Friend after the 1-1 draw between Liverpool and West Ham in February.

Klopp was accused of questioning Friend's integrity when he had hinted that the referee's decisions had been influenced by Sadio Mane's offside goal.

When asked why he had accepted the accusations at the press conference today, Klopp was reluctant to discuss the subject.

"I will not comment on this because the comments are quite expensive, so that's the story," Klopp said. "I have nothing to say."

This is the second charge Klopp has received this season after being punished for his celebrations in the 1-0 win at the Merseyside derby in Liverpool on Everton in December.

Klopp rushed to the field and hugged Alisson after Divock Origi scored Liverpool's decisive goal in the 96th minute.

"It's the second time I'm accused of something," continued Klopp.

"In Germany, it was a lot more often when I was younger and, overall, it 's not so wise as money, so it' s like that. # 39; teach! "

Before moving from Liverpool to Old Trafford to face Manchester United on Sunday, the German also discussed the role played by Fabinho after his fall in the center of the last Champions League match against Bayern Munich earlier this week.

It was the third time the Brazilian had started at the center of Liverpool's defense with injuries and suspensions hampering the four central defenders of Klopp's first team since early 2019.

The Liverpool coach hailed the summer signing's ability to play in both positions – but admitted that No. 3 will be used primarily in the midfield.

"It's great to have it as an option for both positions," Klopp said. "His natural position is in the middle of the field, but he can play in the middle of the field, making him an incredibly valuable player for us.

"We knew last year that we were going to lose Emre Can, who had a similar profile, so it was so important.

"It's always what we planned for him, but with four centers in the center, we did not think we should use it here. But he can play the job obviously and that's really good.

"It helps us a lot and we'll see what happens in the future, but I think he's a midfielder and we use it most of the time at this post."

However, Klopp refused to rule out the possibility that Fabinho would line up at the heart of Liverpool's defense against Ole Gunnar Solksjaer's team this weekend, welcoming the options he now had at his disposal for the game.

"It's the first time since, I do not know how many weeks, that we have to make a choice between the midfielders, the defenders, even the half-centers if I think Fabinho again in this position" , he added.

"I could make a decision about it, so that's fine."
