Jurgen Klopp has selected three Manchester United players for special praise before Sunday's showdown.
The Liverpool boss greeted Ander Herrera, Paul Pogba and David De Gea before their trip to Old Trafford at the weekend.
However, the Kop leader is hoping the trio will have a day off while the Reds are looking to regain the top spot in Manchester City.
Klopp said Sky sports : "I think that Herrera is in the best period of his life, it's amazing how he plays.
"Pogba is Pogba again, the pace of the attackers is incredible, they have always had the speed, but now they are using it at the right time.
"There is a lot of quality in the team." The last line [of defence]there was a lot of discussion about it. Now they are working together as a team so that no one is talking about the last line.
"The goalkeeper has always been good, there is no doubt about it, so it's different from the beginning of the season, but it's like that.
"We never expect an easy match when we go to United, it has always been clear that it will be a tough match for Liverpool, but we still thought:" Let's try it, and that's it. Is what we are going to do. "
