That's the verdict of former Arsenal star Paul Merson, who said the Blues should use young people in their books.
It was forbidden for Chelsea to sign the contracts for the next two transfer windows on Friday, due to a violation of the rules regarding underage players.
And this caused the collapse of supporters, fearing that a major overhaul would be needed for the club to again fight for the biggest trophies.
The boss of Chelsea, Maurizio Sarri, will not be able to welcome any new face to Stamford Bridge when the current campaign ends in May.
However, Merson, who supports the residents of West London, believes that the solution to their problems could be found by the players already at their disposal.
Merson chose Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Callum Hudson-Odoi and the forgotten man Tammy Abraham as being able to take the lead.
"I mean that they will need their players, they will not be able to just sell their players and try their luck on these youngsters," said Merson. Sky sports.
"But they have to be part of the team from time to time, they need more play time, there is no doubt.
"But they will still need a team from Chelsea and I do not think they're going to sell anyone, I think it's disturbing."
"But at the same time, let's give the kids … I mean the guys you just talked about are all good players and they all have the potential to be very, very good so you never know, to run in the team.
"Loftus-Cheek, I'm a fan of Chelsea, he's never let down Chelsea, you know, Hudson-Odoi seems to be getting better every week he's playing.
"And Tammy Abraham scores goals in a big football club at Aston Villa so it would not be a problem for him if he came back to play for Chelsea.
"It's not like he's playing in front of 6-7,000 people every week in Ligue 2. He's playing for a huge club for which you play under pressure for Aston Villa.
"For me it would not hurt them to come back."
Merson was also asked about Chelsea prospects, Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori, currently on loan at Derby.
And he predicted that they could have an impact on the Premier League after their return from the season by playing under Chelsea legend Frank Lampard.
"Yeah," said Merson, when they were reminded of the duo, before saying, "They have enough players."
Chelsea will have Christian Pulisic in his ranks next season after registering the winger in January.
He is currently on loan at Borussia Dortmund, where his performances have also sparked Liverpool's interest.
Chelsea has the chance to get silverware Sunday against Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final.
