Claude Puel urged Leicester fans to stay with them despite Crystal Palace's 4-1 home defeat on Saturday night.
Wilfried Zaha's double, Michy Batshuayi's opener and Luka Milivojevic's penalty sealed an emphatic victory for the Eagles.
The Foxes have no more wins in their last seven games and are 12th in the Premier League standings with boss Puel under increasing pressure.
Leicester, who tied the club's record with four consecutive home defeats in the Premier League, has only won four league games at King Power Stadium this season, but the Frenchman has asked for support from fans.
"I understand their feelings and their disappointment," he said.
"All I can say is to keep all their support for the players in the next game against Brighton (Tuesday) as they have to keep their confidence.
"It's a difficult moment in their career, a difficult time in the season. They must find a good reaction, a good reaction and a positive attitude.
"Sometimes they are disappointed with all their efforts and it's hard to accept.
"Of course, one point out of six is a big disappointment, if we look at the points, that's not enough, but if we look at the performances, it's crazy to see what we produce in the field, we have to continue."
