Sylvester Mensah, one of seven NDC presidential candidates, accused former President John Mahama of bribing delegates with 20 GH ¢.
According to Mr. Mensah, Mr. Mahama enjoyed an unfair advantage.
He said the Mahama camp team was distributing 20 GH ¢ to each of the delegates, which he described as a failure of moral leadership.
"We find that these elections reflect a failure of moral leadership," he said.
He said that there had been so many infractions from the beginning.
The candidates provided transportation and food to the party, but the party said it was unable to provide food and transportation. A candidate (Mahama) prepares to provide food.
He prayed that the offenses do not affect the results of the election.
