Mahama leads the NDC in the 2020 elections

Former President John Dramani Mahama will lead the National Democratic Congress (NEC) until the 2020 elections, justifying the experts' prediction that he will stay at a tiny distance, the party's best-selling candidate.

He flees with 95.24% of the vote, leaving six others to compete for less than 5% in a poll involving around 330,000 NDC voters.

His obscure and distant challenger, Professor Joshua Alabi, recorded only 3,399 votes, representing 1.516% of the votes cast, while the man would have framed Mahama in politics, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin. is ranked third with 2313 (1.032%).

The return of the NDC, Goosie Tanoh, finally had a hand at its most expensive political ambition, but collected 2,038 votes (0.909%) to rank fourth.

Ekwow Spio-Gabrah is ranked fifth with 1457 votes (0.650%), Sylvester Mensah got 932 votes (0.415%) and Nurudeen Iddrisu got 513 votes (0.231) to rank respectively sixth and seventh.

To understand the extent of his victory, John Mahama won with a higher percentage of votes than six other winners in the 2015 NDC presidential primaries.

In this YES / NO vote of 2015, he won 95.1% of the vote in a ballot in which the ballot contained only his picture. John Mahama defeated all other candidates in his own riding, with the exception of Alban Bagbin.
