The former Ghana Airways pilot said during the practical lessons that if a person does not fly for at least seven hours without the help of an instructor, he is grounded with the end of their career.
According to him, successful pilots have confidence, but excessive trust can also be a reason for failure. "But nothing is more important in this process than discipline," he added.
Despite this rigorous process, a qualified pilot never flies alone, he says. According to him, there are always two of them, a captain and a co – pilot. They both make the different stages of the trip intermittently, the captain being responsible for the outcome of the trip.
Maintenance protocols

Possible causes of an accident
