A man with a huge "ball of sausage" shaped ball on the shoulder was finally removed after a decade during a procedure captured in the smallest detail.

The patient, named Leonard, went to Dr. Pimple Popper's, also known as Dr. Sandra Lee, to get rid of the great growth – which he said smelled of "ten dead rats".

Dr. Lee has described it as "one of my craziest cases ever" in an Instagram post.

Describing the growth – which he baptized Chip – Leonard told the US TV channel TLC: "It all started as a small mbad, and then it grew more and more compared to what we have here today. # 39; hui ".

He added, "It smells bad all the time, it started to smell like a rotten deer head and now it smells like ten rats are dead."

Size is a lipoma that develops beneath the skin and is caused by fat cell buildup.
