One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson is "helpless" after the death of his sister Félicité.

The social media infused, aged 18, was found at her home in London after an alleged heart attack.

A source told the Sun: "Louis is obviously upset by the loss of his sister.

"He canceled all promotions, including his performance on Comic Relief this week.

"It's just the biggest tragedy and everyone wants to be here for Louis, who has been the head of his family since the loss of his mother and who is still there for all his brothers and sisters."

According to the newspaper, another person was with Felicity at the time she had an alleged cardiac arrest and called 999.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "The police were called by the London Ambulance Service on Wednesday, March 13 at 12:02 pm at a residential address in the SW5 neighborhood, following reports of a woman in cardiac arrest.

"At this point, the death is treated as unexplained and a post-mortem examination will take place when the time comes.The investigations are continuing."

Officers informed Louis of the death of his sister on Wednesday night as well as family members in Doncaster, their hometown.

Félicité had moved to London to pursue her career in fashion and social media.

She also spoke frankly about her experience of mental illness. In a post posted on Instagram Jan. 12, she wrote, "I think there is a lot of stigma around addiction and that the disease of addiction is poorly understood."

She continued: "Depression and anxiety are less stigmatized, but there is still a lot of stigma around other mental illnesses."

Felicity shared very close ties with her siblings, bearing the initials of Charlotte (Lottie), Louis, and Daisy and Phoebe's twins, tattooed on the left hand.

She also paid tribute to her deceased mother by enrolling in a year '73 & # 39; the year of his birth.

Johannah died in December 2016 from leukemia.
