Jurgen Klopp has ruled Jordan Henderson out of Sunday's match at Fulham, but says Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will be back this month.
Liverpool will face Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday and Henderson, who slammed 15 minutes into the match against Bayern Munich on Wednesday, has an ankle problem that will prevent them from the trip.
"With Hendo, we do not know, it's serious enough to exclude him from the weekend," Klopp said.
"We hope the international break will be long enough to bring him back.
This is because of his ankle. It's the best possible but it's still not enough, it's ok.
Naby Keita missed his trip to Germany with a minor problem and Klopp hopes that he will be back in the team this weekend.
"We have to see if Naby can train today, he will come later for checks and it was positive, so I hope it will stay positive when it comes out" said Klopp, who also confirmed that the Spurs game at the end of the month could see the return of Chamberlain.
"Ox will be 100% fit after the international break," added the German boss.
