Actress Hollyoaks Stephanie Davis shows a romantic gesture of her boyfriend Owen Warner

Hollyoaks Star Stephanie Davis shared another picture of her relationship with co-star Owen Warner, but this time it's not a selfie.

Instead, actress Sinead O'Connor posted a picture on Instagram of a promise ring that her partner offered her.

"My beautiful ring of promise of my beautiful partner, so happy @_owenwarner", she wrote.

The ring itself seems to have a three-knot pattern, with Stephanie explaining by the way that it shows "me, Caben and I intertwined in three parts together".

"I can not wait to spend my life with you," she added.

The couple confirmed his romance before Christmas, while Steph wrote on Valentine's Day that she loved him "so much that my heart could actually burst".

The couple was also recently photographed filming a funeral scene for the Channel 4 soap opera, which led us to speculate on who was leaving the show.

Stephanie recently talked about her alcohol problems at her lowest point, declaring Loose women this: "In the end, I drank every day, probably three bottles of wine in the morning.

"I was told that I had trauma and PTSD when I came into rehab, I had panic attacks and anxiety." I had terrors at night I used it to sleep. "
