The group's spokesman, Ali Akil, told the New Zealand press company "Stuff" that he had spoken to Mustafa's wife, "devastated and deeply horrified". He added that she did not want to talk to the media during this period, Stuff reported.

Syrian refugee Khaled Mustafa, who settled in New Zealand with his family last year, was killed.

Lilik Abdul Hamid, from Indonesia, was killed in the attack, confirmed Saturday the Indonesian Foreign Ministry on his Twitter account.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs tweeted his "sincere condolences" and offered "prayers for the deceased and the family left behind".

The attack is the biggest mbadacre of New Zealand modern history.

The suspect Brenton Harrison Tarrant, who broadcasted the attack live on Facebook, was charged with murder, but officials said new charges were coming.
A list drawn up by the Red Cross shows that people of more than 15 nationalities were in mosques when the attack occurred Friday night.

Among them were nationals of India, Syria, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey and Pakistan, among other countries.

Four Jordanian citizens have been killed and five others wounded continue to be treated at the hospital, the Jordanian Foreign Ministry said in a statement released on Saturday.

Mohammad Faisal, a spokesman for the Pakistani Foreign Ministry, said the New Zealand authorities had announced the names of six Pakistani nationals killed. They have been identified as Sohail Shahid, Syed Jahandad Ali, Syed Areeb Ahmed, Mahbad Haroon, Naeem Rashid and his son Talha Naeem. Faisal said three other missing persons were still waiting for an identification.
