FRANKFURT (Reuters) – German insurer Allianz is exploring the possibility of consolidating its badet management business with DWS, which is mostly owned by Deutsche Bank, Bloomberg reported on Saturday.

Bloomberg, citing unnamed individuals aware of the case, said the Allianz deliberations were at an early stage and did not necessarily result in formal discussions or agreement.

Deutsche Bank, Allianz and DWS declined to comment.
